services
support, in four flavours
dbt counselling, somatic therapy, health coaching, and group workshops — practical, structured, and warm. honest skill-building for real life.

1:1 DBT counselling
think clearer, feel steadier
Skill-building virtual sessions grounded in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). We figure out what's actually going on, then build practical tools for emotions, stress, and day-to-day life that you'll actually use.
Led by Melinda, DBT Counsellor
- a space that's fully yours — no advice you didn't ask for
- practical DBT skills for stress, overwhelm, and big emotions
- goals broken into steps small enough to start this week

1:1 somatic therapy
conversation meets body-based practice
Reconnect with your body through grounding work and gentle body-based movement. We explore where emotions live in the body, what they're trying to tell you, and how to carry that awareness into your day-to-day activities.
Led by Melinda, Certified Body-Based Somatic Therapist
- grounding work and gentle, body-based movement — no experience needed
- understanding where emotions are stored, and what they're telling you
- simple ways to weave the practice into your day-to-day activities

1:1 burnout recovery coaching
rest, routines, and real follow-through
You already know you need more rest, more movement and better boundaries. Coaching is where we turn that into a plan you can actually follow. Together we work on the everyday basics burnout wears down: sleep and rest, daily routines and energy, gentle movement, and eating regularly enough to feel steady.
This is not a diet program. There are no weight loss goals, meal plans or food rules, just small, realistic changes that fit your life.
Led by Melinda, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN)
- sleep & rest, daily routines, and energy that lasts the day
- gentle movement and eating regularly enough to feel steady
- small, realistic changes — no weight loss goals, no food rules
Coaching is not therapy, medical care or dietetic services. If you are experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating or a medical condition, we will help connect you with a registered dietitian, physician or therapist.

counselling or coaching?
Counselling helps you understand and manage what you feel. Coaching helps you change what you do.
Start with counselling if your emotions feel bigger than you can handle right now.
Try coaching if you feel steady but drained, and you're stuck on the follow through.
Not sure? Book a free 15 minute consult and we'll decide together.
